You need a program like Paint (or just Paint PERIOD XD). You should have it. Take a Pokemon sprite and just change the colors around.

If you want to mix sprites, you need two Pokemon sprites. Put one part on one, blah...I can't explain...

Me and MJ are working on the Sprite Tutorial on the site, you can read it there when it's done ^^
